A lot is happening in La Loma in September! Hi all: *On September 23, 6:30 pm we will be joined by Michael Sackusie from the City of Modesto at our Steering Committee Meeting at 1112 Highland Dr, to talk about new La Loma Area Transportation and Safety improvements. * All neighbors are welcome to find out what the City has planned. Please plan to stay for the rest of the meeting as well and find out the updates on our other projects: the Playground at East La Loma Park and the La Loma Native Plant Garden. In addition don’t miss Thursday Sept 19 Movie Night, and the Fall Pruning Day at the Garden on Sept 28. See below for more details. -*Thurs Sept 19: 7 pm Movie Night:* “Pirates of the Carribean” at Highiet Place (Encina x Wilson) —–Pirate Costumes optional for “National Talk Like a Pirate Day” .
